We would make tenants aware that some landlords state no smokers, pets or children, however we would suggest that you discuss your requirements with us. In some cases, landlords will allow pets or smokers under certain conditions and it sometimes worthwhile for us to speak to the landlord on your behalf.
You should contact us before viewing the properties. If there is any point of particular importance to you, we will be pleased to provide additional information, or make further enquiries on your behalf. We will also confirm that the property remains available to let. This is particularly important if you are contemplating travelling some distance to view the property.
