2. ADVERTISING. We use various methods, including :
Wide internet coverage on : Rightmove, Property Finder, Property Today, Property Live and many more
Large central window display
Extensive database of clients looking for properties
Unique highly visible “For Sale” boards
Yorkshire Post advertising (if requested and at clients own expense)
3. COMMISSION RATE. We currently offer 1.25% plus VAT no sale, no charge based on a four month contract. Subject to a minimum fee of £1,400 plus VAT
4. ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE. This is a legal requirement, which can be arranged through our office at a charge of £70 plus VAT
5. LOCATION. Attractive, prominent, contemporary and easily accessible town centre office, with a high footfall.
